Need help with js

I'm building a web site using DotNetNuke, and it's showing an error on every page:

Error： document.getElementById("dt_drop_down") is null
Source：(web site portal)
Line：963

I'm a newbie, and need advice on what resources, programs, etc. would help me find and fix the problem.
