Need programming help

Can someone help me here to learn how to program or give me a site how to learn to program. I have never don it.
But know i won't to learn it.
I would like to learn how to make a dj program or a that does what i say it have to do.

Something like a DJ app would have to be written in something like Visual Basic, C++ or something similiar.
