Does anyone know of a good Requirement tracking software
that I can learn quickly from? One that has a free download or trail period, and a good online tutorial?

Scope
Responsible for design and development of a common front portal for requirement management by connecting to multiple type databases.

Primary responsibilities
* Create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content, for the common intra department websites based on multiple type databases.
* Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements if necessary.
* Create visual concepts that match the content and ensure that sites are easy to navigate as per the process defined by each department.

Requirements
* Bachelor*s degree in communications or other discipline related to the primary responsibilities and five plus years of experience in web design, of which a minimum of one year producing table-less, XHTML, standards-compliant cross browser.
* Advanced knowledge of XHTML, CSS, and of digital imaging and illustration with Adobe Photoshop, QuarkXPress and Illustrator with formal training an asset.
* Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, PHP and dynamic HTML; experience with Macromedia Flash.
* Must have knowledge regarding Extraview, DOORS.
* Must know how to interface with databases & scripting language.
* Having knowledge of perforce is a plus.
* Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
* Extensive experience working on a Windows platform.
* Superior knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques, a strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design, and experience with web database solutions definite assets

I believe the software packages are DOORS software, and Extraview.
Now I need some knowledge and hands own quick.
