online accounts

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a program for online financial accounts. My band teacher was wondering if we could get one up and running. What I think would be best is a sort of posting program, where he posts account summaries online. But there has to be a way for people to log in, so the information isnt public to everyone.

unless I'm not seeing something, you have to sign up and have a credit card and stuff. All I really need is to securely tell people how much they owe.

I just need some sort of accounts program or script, so people can see how much they owe. All it really needs to do is have some sort of account thing so you can only see your own account, and no one elses
