Can perl be built into DLL's such that I can interface with other software packages that have that functionality?

Thanks.

DLL files can't be written in Perl that I'm aware of. DLL files are compiled binaries. Perl is an interpreted scripting language.

You'll need to write it in Delphi, Visual BASIC, C/C++, etc. some language that produces actual binary files.

Thank you. That's what I figured, as I couldn't find anything relating to such.
