Hello all,

I am currently trying to figure out a way to get PHP to be able to read and write in the .7zip compression format. I have searched high and low throughout Google and this site and have not found any answers. Does anyone have any clue of how this could be done?

You probably won't find any direct functionality between the two, but you could use exec() with 7zip's command line arguments.

I somehow managed to miss that 7ZIP had a command line.. Worked perfectly after you gave me that link. Thanks

You're welcome. Good call for choosing 7-zip, too. I've been a fan for a few years now.
