Post 3+ Months Ago

Whenever my scripts contain any type of syntax error with PHP 5.3.0, my browser starts trying to go to http://www.localhost.com or the connection resets and the error is not logged to the log file UNLESS I handle the errors on my own.

When I revert to PHP 5.2.9-1, it works fine and logs all errors, regardless of whether or not I handle the errors with a custom error handler.

I used the recommended PHP 5.3.0 php.ini file, and all the error reporting configurations are the same as the PHP 5.2.9 php.ini file.

Anybody have any ideas?
