php error

hey, Im helping a friend of mine with his website and he recently installed fusionPHP. he has all the content on the page, but other pages wont load when you click on them and this error appears at the top. Im hoping someone can help me out.

I haven't come across this myself yet, but I looked around and apparently a lot of people are having the same problem with PHP 4.3. It seems the error appears when you use an absolute path to include a local file rather than a remote one.
