If I visit a site with my browser, lets say the url is this:
site.com/generate.php?id=4&days=10

It spits out a .csv file with some wierd name like: 102319481459192CACA.csv. I need to call genrate.php and take all its utput and store it as a string (for processing).

When I try to use file_get_contents(), I get a warning saying failed to open stream: Permission denied.. And I don't have curl on the server, so basically I need some creative thinking or guidance of how to get the files (created) content.

Any help would be appriciated. Oh and I don't have a database password or anything such as the php code (witch is also encrypted from what I heard) I just have this file to work against and knowing of the right url. (however the file will be uploaded to their server once/if complete).
