php formail?

Can someone tell me where I can find an easily configured PHP script to proccess a form? I've been messing with one but I keep getting an error:

"You don't have permission to access /formmail.php on this server"

even though ALL permissions have been allowed. Any ideas?

I did try Google. I have no problem finding one. The problem is in configuring it so that it does what it is supposed to do.
