First and foremost, ATNO/TW thank you for your great tutorial on installing PHP, MySQL, & PHPMyAdmin on IIS. I almost have mine running properly.

Here are the errors I get when I run PHPMyAdmin:

The additional features for working with linked tables have been deactivated. To find out why click here.
Cannot load mcrypt extension. Please check your PHP configuration.
The configuration file now needs a secret passphrase (blowfish_secret).
Your PHP MySQL library version 5.0.51a differs from your MySQL server version 5.1.48. This may cause unpredictable behavior.

How do I fix the problems?
