php imagecreatefromstring issue - is it Flash or PHP

Hello,
I am getting binary image data from flash in base 64 encoded format.
Then i am doing base 64 decoding and creating image thru imagecreatefromstring as given below:
But i am getting black background color in the image.
Can anyone tell me where is the problem ??
In attached file u can find black background color.
In flash or php ??

But i am getting black background color in the image.
