Has anyone played around with PHP and IMAP before? Right now I collect all contact messages in my database so its easily readable by a group of administrators. Each administrator can then accept a message they want to respond to and its put into their queue, basically just a reminder for them. Once they helped the person they can set the status as resolved and it goes away. I was thinking about this and I decided I wanted them to response to each request via the website. One reason being I want to have the emails being sent out by my server with my domain attached to it, also this way the oroginal message can be attached to the reply. Also makes it easy to keep track of what has been answered and was ha not (As the administrators don't seems to like to use the accept/resolve system).
