php loop mysql data every 10sec

Hello! does someone know how to retrieve the data in mysql database every 10sec and change the previous one with the other row for the next 10sec.automatically without page refresh..please i need it badly..

i need to loop the data in mysql but it needs a timer before executing the next loop

it should not execute the loop in just one process but execute it on a specific time
