PHP-Nuke Default Theme

I Have a Question. How Do I make It On My Site So The Users Cant Change The Theme From there Account Where I Can Make It So My Default Theme Is The Main Theme. So Theres No Way To Change That Accept The Admin Is The Only 1 Who Can Change The Theme? Please If U Knwo How Ta DO This I Always Thought There Was a Button On the Admins Menu To Do This So I Looked And I Guess I Was Wrong Well Thanx In Advanced
