phpBB3 email on email/password change ?

If I remember right, phpBB3 doesn't send a user an email when they change their email address or password out of the box. I think the new email can require a user to reactivate their account from the new address, but it doesn't send an email to the old address.

I'm looking for something that would send an email to the old address, or the current address, any time a user changes their email address or password. Kinda like Godaddy sends you an email any time something in your account changes. Reason being, if someone breaks into an old inactive account and starts pretending to be that person to spam/etc, that person will be notified that something strange is going on and can notify an administrator.
