profile script (similar to cutenews)

does a script like this exist, yet again ive looked and find many pay programs but nothing uncomplicated for free

users can log in, update their photo, password, name, etc.

much like cutenews works (only its not news..)

I would create my own.

Im new to php and i find it very useful if you start creating your own stuff.

im new to php also, but i havent the slightest clue how to write php

Could you provide an example site that contains what you are looking for? Did you wnat a news system similar to cuteNews? or sonething along the lines of a Forum? Please elaborate.

i would be happy to provide you with the basic script and such but you would still need to learn up on php so you could alter them and so on.
