Co-reg scripts

Does anyone know where I can find co-reg scripts that

a. allow surfers to optin/out foro offers
b. allow different sponsors (ads) to receive email addresses (alittle redundant)

you mean like a 3rd party opt-in form? i know they'r around, i'd have to
look around for one, but you could do that too really. did you try google?

or are you trying to do this yourself and you just need a script?

I want to have peopel pay for co-reg emails and put up their offers so that surfers can opt out if they dont want their offer.
