rotating URL exit/popup script

Any idea where I can find a script that will allow me to send X amount of hits to site A and X amount of hits to site B over 24/48.. hours?

your best bet would be a perl/cgi script or php.
Java can only read the time on the client computer and since surfers come from all over the world, their times will all be different. Not only that but you won't be able to count.

Anyway... i really doubt that this kind of thing actually exists but i'll write you something up for a small fee payable through paypal.
