Running JSP

Hi,

just now i starting my JSP. I dont know where to save my code in Tomcat and how to run it. Can you help me?

you should put them under webapps folder
and create two folders namely WEB-INF and META-INF

and inside META-INF put context.xml and in WEB-INF put web.xml

you must learn for the contents of context.xml and web.xml from a book or online because the content depends on your project.

It's much better to use the deploying panel and then deploy your .war files rather than doing manually.

To get that panel you need to visit tomcat-manager
