saving form to sql databases using php coding

i have created a form using dreamweaver and i want it able to save it to my database using php coding. i m using sql for my database and i have also created a table "studentData" in sql.

1) How am i going to make the form to save it onto my database?

2) How am i able to view my data on the web page which able to edit and save changes?

I'd suggest finding a PHP/MySQL tutorial and reading it thoroughly. The answer is a bit involved and really beyond the scope of a forum post.

Here's an example of a php/mysql tutorial:

The code examples are a little out of date, but I think they should still work and it demonstrates the basic concepts.
