Hello all,
I am looking for a script in whichever programming language, that will let me have a certain webpage get back on top of all other webpages.
Any ideas?
Googling did not help much, don't know why.
Thanks in advance.

You're out of luck unless you build your own browser.
Strong with this one, the sudo is.

Well, that's strange because i clearly remember visiting some porn websites (unintended :)) and seeing some pages popping to the front after few seconds, no matter what other pages i was trying to switch to. How did they do that? (please don't suggest to ask them :))

az0000000: That type of behavior is blocked for good reason. If you really want to be a good designer, think up alternative ways of getting your message across without shoving popups in someone's face. ;)
I'd love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.

Or if you want to be a bad designer and do it anyways, look into javascript!

position it as a PHP variable in a div with CSS set { position: absolute; top: whateverpx; left: whateverpx; z-index: 100; } then set a delay for the variable with PHP.

Not that it's never been possible, but doing it now would be like releasing a new movie on VHS.

So what code is that then?:

Will that work?

p.s. believe me, in my case i need to do that ONLY for the sake of my beloved visitors, helping them to avoid advertising page, keeping the page that they need always in front.
