Script that will keep certain webpage always in front of all

Hello all,
I am looking for a script in whichever programming language, that will let me have a certain webpage get back on top of all other webpages.
Any ideas?
Googling did not help much, don't know why.

Well, that's strange because i clearly remember visiting some porn websites (unintended ) and seeing some pages popping to the front after few seconds, no matter what other pages i was trying to switch to. How did they do that? (please don't suggest to ask them )

az0000000: That type of behavior is blocked for good reason. If you really want to be a good designer, think up alternative ways of getting your message across without shoving popups in someone's face.

Or if you want to be a bad designer and do it anyways, look into javascript!

position it as a PHP variable in a div with CSS set { position: absolute; top: whateverpx; left: whateverpx; z-index: 100; } then set a delay for the variable with PHP.

Not that it's never been possible, but doing it now would be like releasing a new movie on VHS.

p.s. believe me, in my case i need to do that ONLY for the sake of my beloved visitors, helping them to avoid advertising page, keeping the page that they need always in front.
