Yes, if you would please. Clear your cache first. Fill out the 3 required fields (name, tele, email), DO NOT fill in the security code and hit send. It "SHOULD" redisplay the form (reset).

I did... without the security on this page... the message was still sent.

yep, agreed. Now it's going to contact_us.php without the code in it. Last night (my time) it was going back to contact_us.html. I tested it on a system running linux & FF. worked great... not sure what changed.

Thanks for the test and posting the results.

Yeah... I wonder if he will try my code

I tested that a couple of times and everything worked... yeah, I put in a few things that he may not want... all he has to do is take it off... I take you know him? Probably live near by to him?

I know the problem... verify.jpg  he isn't using the captchasecurityimages.php like he should... he just put in an image. BAD THING. Even if he puts in the PHP to test the filled in info with the image... the image is the same... people would find out and the "captcha" would have no use anymore.

I met Danny here. We live 14 time zones apart..... He is down under (GMT+10) and I am on East coast USA (GMT-4).

On his link "contact_us" it will send the visitor to image.php. This creates a new image and register the value for that session. The order called is: image.php, contact_us.html, mailer.php. Failure in mailer takes you back to the html page. It could be taken back ti image.php which would change the image / session value. Every time you click contact button, image changes.

He had it working on my end. I'm using Ubuntu for an OS and FF. He said on his end it worked with IE and not FF. So I dont know what was going on. Tried it this AM with Vista. Worked with IE and FF.

Could have pushed the code to a server I have here, but result would have been the same, just a different server.....

The image doesn't change for me... it stays the same no matter how many times I refresh or how.

hey guys,

Todd, mate its working fine now... honeslty not sure whats going on but for some reason its working 100% fine. The only thing i done different is that i made all pages that linked to contact_us.html now link to image.php (which re-directs to contact_us.html) this way they will always have a new image in the capture. So everything is working fine now, thanks heaps for your help. Only 1 thing I want to do, is display a message if they enter the wrong capture security code and have it refreash (or go back to image.php, which will re load a new capture code) got any ideas??

Bogey I tried your code many times man but I couldn't get it to work. The capture wouldn't display but thanks man. I appreciate your help anyways.

Danny,

I typed that in when we were on IM the other night (Change ALL pages w/ contact us to link to image.php). Maybe, I typed it in when you had to do your resets and you missed it.

I want to try something and will get back to you in a day or so (message and new captcha).
