Hey all! So, I created a forum with phpBB 3.0. I love it! Except, I have no idea how to optimize this site for search engines. Can anyone point me to some good resources for figuring this stuff out? Also, any suggestions welcome!

Thanks!

Well, most PHPBB3 packages come already with good SEO.

The url is not like 1234534.html but it's like seo-for-phpbb-t87834.html. Just check this forum out... it's phpBB3.

But if you think that you can do more changes and make it better SEO wise, than you probably want to edit the template files for starters.

Later on, learn how PHP prints out the things and possible tweak them out a bit but I think it's fine how it is though... Unless you completely redid the forum when you 'created'? it.

Bogey not to bust your bubble but OZZU's SEO was not automatic with the phpbb3 package. Check here http://www.phpbb-seo.com/

That's the same place I went for SEO-ish phpBB3 stuff.
Why yes, yes I am.
