IP Site Blockers?

Hey everyone,I was wondering if you know of a site that has ip blocker scripts.Cause I have a website and people keep posting things like im a fag and things and I need this to stop,but i also know there some ip scripts out there that blocks people from coming to your site,like a script you add on your site that blocks them,please help me out by emailing me at shadowfox369369@hotmail.com or post in my shoutbox at http://mysticgotenks.uni.cc thanks.

mmmm... ip block is not a real solution, any anoying guy can use a proxy to spoof it's ip.

Can't you make the people register with real email address before posting information?
