WP site error

I have a web site that i paid for and it has been half arsed built so i am finishing it off myself and it seams that there is pages that have errors in them. i am not sure how to fix this isssue tho. any tips from WP addicts.

o.k found out how to change it. but replacing did not explain the error tho.
