Was wondering... Am building a new site and I want to implement Server Side Includes. What I want to do is change the contents of a table when a button is pressed using SSI. Can you slap SSI code onto an html button to invoke a page to be loaded into a table? If so, can someone show me how or where some recources are that cover this in detail.

Thank You

Not sure what you mean about SSI in a table...

SSI happens before the HTML sent to the client by the server. Different servers use different SSI calls. .shtml and ASP use pretty much the same format, PHP has it's own system, as does ColdFusion. If you're doing some sort of CGI thing, then you don't need SSI, although you could use JavaScript to simulate an SSI on the browser side, I suppose.

Can you give us some more details on what you're trying to do?
