Stopping Pop ups

Hello. Yea I know I havnt been on for a while but I doubt any of you care.
What I need your help with is a) I was searchin the net during the early satges of my site when I noticed that there was a code to stop pop ups coming up on you site. But the site had it on went down the next day and hasnt been up since so what I want to know is 'Do any of you know how to stop Outside popups appearing on your site'. Thanks in advance

I presume you mean on free hosting?

We dont really condone that kind of stuff here ;)

No. My free host has a small floating banner. What I mean is stopping popups that come from 3rd Partys. That latch onto the site

There should be no 3rd party ads on your site unless you put them there or your hosting company puts there there.
