You can use <form action="mailto:whomever"> but I strongly advise against using this.

A better way would be to submit to some script (PHP or Perl) that would handle the mailing for you, or even better, handle the registration process for you.

I was thinking about using bravenet. I heard they have a form that you make and put on your site and they do the rest for you. Would you reccomend me using Bravenet cause i'am not familiar with PHP and stuff.

I've never used them, so I can't say

If you're running this on your own server, you might want to take a look at Hotscripts. Scripts of the type you're looking for aren't uncommon and are usually very easy to get running - especially the PHP versions (which you can also run on some free host - or so I hear)

I don't really think so. Though method="POST" can write files to the server - which is even more of a security concern than action="mailto"
