Tell a friend script

Hey folks!

Does anyone know where I can get a simple "tell a friend script" so I can put a link on my pages, people can click it, a pop-up will come up and they can enter an email address and it will provide a link to my website?

Also, on a content management site(like geeklog) does that mean that anyone who registers gets their own website as in"geeklog.com/mysite?" Like this site- http://www.globosapiens.net/makaya.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these?

back faster than I thought, here are some free ones, don't know if they are working properly though.
