Testing PHP on XAMPP

I just DL'd XAMPP for mac osx. I don't understand how to upload my php scripts for testing though. Could someone tell me how to do it?

If you downloaded and are running an XAMPP server on the same computer that your PHP scripts are on, you don't "upload" them, you just move them to the web directory of the server.

wamp is also good little test server.. i think xampp the dir is c:/xampp/html/place_files_here

and in wamp it is
c:/wamp/www/place_files_here

q I do not understand yet what xampp d, when I run php I get an error 404 not found q such thing, my question is nececito install php or already have it? and if you have to run q q q I work? d thanks beforehand.

Use MAMP instead.
