How would I use an html template for php? I got this hosting template but I was wondering how I would do this.

To use an HTML template for PHP? You would do the same thing as you would for HTML, just where you require PHP use PHP.
PHP does not change anything for viewing the pages, although it does make it a lot easier if you have a lot of information to sort through and or add and delete.
