Post 3+ Months Ago

So I was thinking of making an FAQ class in PHP but the model in my head keeps coming out more like a knowledge base.

The pseudo process
user asks a question.
manager answers, rejects the users question or points to a similar question and answer. (still in thought on this step)
if the manager answers the question he then can add the question and answer to the knowledge base but before the manager can edit the question to fix grammar and remove sensitive info.

now I'm not sure on this part yet but
at this point the manager and find a similar question and link them together. (related questions) this is in half thought so far

completely ditch FAQ and run a knowledge based system, setup a rating system so the most recent and highest rated questions come up first

Sorry if this is hard to read or understand. I just started to think about this today, so my thoughts have not compiled into a thought that can be easily understood.
