Hi

I am using a third party font in my webpage for some of my text. When I upload my pages on the server, the text does not seem to be using the third-party font (obviously because its not registered on the server).

Is there anyway, I can still use that font for my website WITHOUT registering it on the server?

please advise how...

Thanx

Well you could write/find a javascript that would replace text with an image (read each character and replace with the corresponding image for that character). Thats if you need it to be dynamic.

I wouldn't say that a font... I would say that as a character set...

They have

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

at the top.

I think the example you linked to just happens to be a font included in a non-english package installed on your system that you don't realize is there.

As for including fonts that truely are not on the browsing system, have a look at this, website-design-forum/web-fonts-future-looks-better-t90302.html
