The only way you can write (or type) a programming code easily is knowing the language itself.

Lets take this example. You can't immediately start writing good and perfect Chinese just because you got MS Word or some Chinese word processor.

There is not a single best tool.

There are best tools for different tasks.

What task do you need to program a computer to do ?
The squeaky wheel gets the grease, but the whining wheel gets replaced.
