Zencart wordpress site with moving body on pages

I am working up a business that me and my brother operate and so i have had this source from odesk and with every page apart from the index the body aligns to the top and i have been reading over this for a week now and had a class mate look over it today and still sweet f/a solution.

the site is mclovinadultnovelties com and yes it is a shop but clean, like check out the mascot Mclovin lol

anyway home page is fine but if you go to any of the menu items up top or side menu the body moved to the top, i have looked over everything for this primary tag in the page and css. i am sure it is a css issue but i am just pulling my hair out today over it.

if someone has a suggestion of what could be wrong i am all ears as this only happens on pages other then the index. which i have been looking at the page template and the pages are set to default style.

would appreciate any idea's about this one.
