I have a contact who always uses a display picture and a personalised name (IE emoticons along with letters) plus a message all contacts can see. When they came online today they had no box at all on the top right for a picture to be placed, and only had a basic first name.

Is it possible they have customised their msn so that only certain contacts of theirs can see such things? What might have caused this?

've Seen many tips online zmb disable automatic login but it did not help much.

Msnserviceline or Microsoft (since windows) have never responded to me (after the 10th request abandoned).

Lr So who knows the problem and can help me?

Find of the messenger really cool and it would be reluctant to remove from the PC.

I have a problem with my wlm versjon 2009 (bulid 14.0.8064.206)

Sometimes when i having a conversation with a friend om WLM and we have had a break (for 5-10 minutes), the other person do not get what i have written to him. I hvae to write to the person several times befor this person get what i write to him.

What can i do to fix this problem? Are there anyone here in sow know this issue? I have a issue here... I am using a a gmail account to login MSN, however when I go to Options to change my display name it is greyout and I cant change it.

Any idea what it could be? I already went through the activation account.
