O16 - DPF: {E0CE16CB-741C-4B24-8D04-A817856E07F4} (IObjSafety.DemoCtl) - http://cabs.media-motor.net/cabs/alien.cab gets flagged at all security sites as malware. Try checking that one off again. Make sure all other program windows are closed when you run HiJackThis.

Most likely your email address is simply forged by being picked up in the address book of the infected PC. We have almost all had flurries of these, alas. I suppose you can make a mail rule that deleted any message that contains the infected file name in the body of the email.
