You simply have to update your domain name server aka. DNS info.

You can register a name anywhere and host anywhere :)

Never heard of it. Is there a URL? I googled it and of course it was KeyHole.com

Actually I think I heard about this and how google lowered the pricing.

It'n't it the same thing as MS Terra Server?
