Some one told me about a file sharing thing called poison, i was wondering if anyones heard about that one?

Yeah, but can Win MX get past firewalls, and is there a version for mac osx? I assumed it was only for windows ( i have it on my PC at home, and it would be great except for a really bad modem connection.)

Well, I don't use windows. Sorry, should have specified. I use Mac Osx 10.2.4 on an I book. I don't really know what kind of firewall I am behind, all I know is that it is provided by my school, since i am in a dorm.

Ive been trying to download files off of the limewire file sharing thing, but I was told it won't work because i'm behind a firewall. I did a google search, and I found this forum. Maybe someone knows if there's a way around this, or if I have to accept my fate.
