From my personal expirence, NEVER go with a host that offers unlimited space or bandwidth. I tried a few companies (when I bought hosting) that offered it and it was always bad quality. well in webhosting terms...overselling is like.... if they have (we are going to use small numbers) if they have 10 gb of transfer to sell... they might sell 3 or 4 plans with 5 gb of transfer....because they know that they are not going to use all of there bandwidth so they sell it again...im not s...

no no....its 10 users...like i guess if you were to have 10 people that edit the site.... just 10 usernames and passwords to get to the same FTP/hosting account.
