I have a ADSL connection of 600k/s me and brother shares it, but he always download stuff, is there a way where i can restrict the amount of k/s hes getting, so when i play some game, he wont disturb me. if i can do it from my computer dynamically to control his... that would be great! thx for any h...

i had that problem before, its your extension application, u need the .cgi extension or .pl also if its a windows server 2003 (which i am running), it has more permission to configure

I have this error everytime I attach a file to a vBulletin post.
mysql error: Can't create/write to file 'C:\TEMP\#sql_5cc_0.MYI' (Errcode: 2)
C: = NTFS
server hd is
D: = FAT
will that have any effect on this error?
