i beg to differ, i believe your color scheme is appropriate given your choice of photo.

the main question of a viewer, would be "what's internet solutions?" to help with that, you could simply add your 3 best services below your company name.

i like the photo you used for a header. still, the type is a bit hard to read. I understand the point of using several colors, but that doesn't help the user.

the ads are also framing your whole site. try adding a few news items and using the space available on your right-sidebar
