My take on MSN is that it favors on page optimization most.
I believe that MSN doesn't really care about the anchor text, a link is a link. Doesn't have strict guidelines on anchor text like Google.

is this suppose to be different ? Yes they are considered seperate IP's by Search Engines. Does will this being different affect my page rank.? It will affect your PageRank GreenBar if you have links coming to both types of links. Attempt to keep your URLs consistent to one form or another. There i...

If Goolge is not willing to display a Google PR system then someones else will come up with another way of presenting PR on another based fashion.
One way or another, there will be some kind of system from todays date on that will estimate a websites importance among the www .

My understanding is that you have weight and density. Density is how many times the keyword is used and weight is how prominent the keyword is to the top of the page. The title yeah sure and the description too but headings are just part of the content, important but no more than the rest. You are ...

Meaning that the SE's would not prefer one or the other, and technically speaking would be valued equally in the algorithmn? S...

Okay... lets not talk about links.
H1 tags are worth more than bold text. That has been proven over and over again.
Saying that, wouldn't it be more 'logical' eventhough it is not 'proven' that H1 tags would be better.
Dan Thies stated the same.
