If you knew the dementions of the page yes, and you would need an anchor link to supply to the iframe. You could disable the spidebars so that you couldnt scroll aswell. It loaded pretty normal for me on 56 modem.

I lowered down the image quality aswell as used some technikes to make it load a little faster. But yea maybe the host could be slow.
