ok... Here's a question. When i did ./configure --with-hal=pct789. I got an error. It said that i should configure my kernel. Why did it tell me that i need to configure my kernel? Thanks.

ok if you ever notice when you set up a dual with Windows XP and Redhat Linux. It does not say Windows and Redhat. It says DOS and Redhat. I don't even have DOS on my computer. I'm going to change it to say Windows not DOS.

I'm haveing some major problems with the terminal in Redhat. When i tryed to type this command in to change DOS to say Windows and try to set it for 30 seconds. su. my password. I do have a really big question. This is what i typed. Unpack the tarball by typing "tar zxvf pctel-0.9.6.tar.gz" I even tryed typeing it with a - after the tar. I get no such file. I been told number of times i have to be in the folder where it is located. I don't understand how to get in the folde...
