and sometimes you can use this:

but i think it only works on win2k and xp

there's also a KVM switch: http://www.kvms.com

and there is a way to remote shutdown a computer. there's one more command that you're missing before 'shutdown -s -f -m \\computer'. I'll try and remember; I've done it before.

forms yes. forums (like php/html based) no. HTML is not rendered in Flash (with the execption of a few formatting tags). Although you can create a BB in flash and script the backend in php or something. you could find an example of that here:

kinda broad question, don't ya think? Well like he said, buy the program. I would buy MX not MX 2k4. MX2k4 is very buggy and MX is probably cheaper right now. After you get the program (this a very critical step) open it up and press F1. Go throught the whole thing, especially if you have no zero ex...

you just have to reference the movieclips correctly. Either using relative paths or absolute, i would suggest relative. Can you post an fla?
