I haven't had chance to go thru this website but being it's a new development it maybe nice if you moved away from XHTML to HTML5 (<!DOCTYPE html>)

Firstly, well done it's a stunning website. SEO You are misusing the <em> tag. In your code you have the following line

You should be using the <em> tag around such text as <em>ballroom dancing san diego</em>...

why not use a google map :?: you can put pins on the map with popup HTML boxes that contain your story plus images etc... and your friends can also zoom in to see what the place is actually like.

As ATNO mentioned, it doesn't sound cheap and whilst your domain looks great it appears quite poorly written (at a glance). Perhaps your directors want to know why you appear to have taken the most expensive route to market? I would certainly be asking your developer(s) why he is using tables to lay...
