you should follow some usability design pattern mate , a process . i would suggest that you revamp the site . too many things to see in one page , the user might lose the interest and navigate away ( it usually takes 3 seconds on average for the surfers to decide whether to stay or navigate away ) s...

i was just about to comment about objects scattered over the place ... it works fine on Internet explorer but on firefox items are no placed in the right place ( positioning issues ) ... its always recomended that you cross browser check before publishing any web ( IE , FF , Safari , Opra ...etc ) h...

i like the service you are providing ( for free ) for the public , its really useful .

I have only one comment though , the yellow part of the logo and the white background ( contrast issues ) try the color of the envelope on the word ( inbox ) .

Many thanks Joe , im unfortunately running out of time so i separated each album with its own XML for now ( deadlines )
