Hello all, my friend has some amount in his adsense baalnce but he want to use it in adwords for his other web-sites.
In this case, from Turkey, he can not wait for check arrival etc procedures and related timely bugs.

Has G any options to use an adsense balance to adwords balance?

those tools are so far away to provide something like that :(

I know some hosts (most) allow you to buy an IP for a couple of dollars a month, but if we do this would we be able to access the site with http://123.123.123.123 ...

At MCDAR you submit your site url and keywords and MCDAR tool list ranks of your url for those keywords at several datacenter at a same time bulkly so you can compare the results , ranks ..

the SERPs I was talking now switched to the other big daddy DC 64.233.179.104 I know this is not a big news but it appeared something serious and we are not index of any keyword at other bigdaddy DC 66.249.93.104 and half of the other datacenters of Google. Since I post that thread, still SERPs are changing very frequently.

It is too early to think that Google start to change SERPs [ or maybe ranks of sites ]
everyday and this will be new usual Google interractive ALGO but I start to consider this.
